Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
